Payment Terms

Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery. Cancellations made within this timeframe are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery may incur a cancellation fee.

Delivery and Collection

Our team will deliver the skip to the specified location on the agreed date and time. Please ensure that the area is accessible and free from obstructions. Upon completion of the hire period, we will collect the skip at the scheduled time unless otherwise arranged.

Liability and Insurance
